Shipping, returns and payments

Yes we do! We are sending our products worldwide, for FREE.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-28 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you wish to make a change in your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours after your order.

If we are already shipped your item there is nothing we can do about it. It's your own responsibility to fill in the address information completely. 

If you want to cancel your order please email info@undauntedjewelry.com as soon as possible.
If we already shipped your watch we can't cancel your order and you have to send the product back to us.
You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself and we will charge +/- 8 USD for the shipping costs we paid to ship the watch to you.

In the rare event you receive a wrong watch, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new watch directly and we will pay for you shipping costs to send the wrong watch back to us.

Sometimes the order will be stuck at customs. Please contact us if you don't see any changes in your tracking events. 

Email us at info@undauntedjewelry.com and one of our Customer Service Employees will help you out.

Sometimes we will cancel an order because of our Fraud System. If this happens we will ask you to send a copy of your creditcard so we can verify that it's legit.

1. At Undaunted we know for a fact that you will be thrilled with your new watch, ring, bracelet or necklace. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your product or if there were any shipping damages you can get a unconditional no questions asked full refund within 30 days after receiving your product, we will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us. Just send an email to info@undauntedjewelry.com and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

2. If an issue occurs with the movement of your watch we will replace your watch by a brand new watch. This is a 12 month warranty. We will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us.

3. Before returning your watch to us, please send us an email and make sure to return the watch in the original condition.

Your new watch is an exquisite piece of engineering which has been handmade and carefully tested by our Undaunted Watches engineering experts. 

Therefore Undaunted grants a FULL 12 months guarantee on the movement of your new watch.

If an issue occurs during shipment or within the first 14 days after receiving your product you are eligible for a full refund. 

You will have to address the issue within the first 14 days after receiving your watch. If the issue occurs after the first 24hours have passed but within a 3 month time period, we are able to replace the watch by a new identical one.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly here at the Undaunted Jewelry webshop. The returned watch should be returned in its original and undamaged packaging. We will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us within the first 14 days.

Once we received your package at our warehouse we will inspect the item.

It must be unused and still in "new" condition so we can sell the item again.

If your return is approved we will refund your order and it will take 3-5 business days before you receive your money.
If you refund the product without a valid reason (for example a broken watch or wrong delivery), we will charge +/- 8 USD shipping costs for the shipping from our warehouse to your address.

Yes, we can change the address ONLY if the items aren't shipped yet. You have 24 hours to contact our support team to change the address after ordering your item. If not, we can not do anything and we will not refund your money.
